The New Club is an independent restaurant owned and run by Cathie and Terry. The restaurant is on a great site on Brighton seafront, near the West Pier. They wanted to create a contemporary urban / loft vibe inspired by the cool eateries in New York and London.
Whilst I worked closely with our client, Cathie, on the interior design for the restaurant, she chose to run the actual build herself. She also decided to use all of the rent-free period to get the fit-out right. I visited the site regularly to discuss any issues, and the whole interior design process and build went well.
