The New Club is an independent restaurant owned and run by Cathie and Terry. The restaurant is on a great site on Brighton seafront, near the West Pier. They wanted to create a contemporary urban / loft vibe inspired by the cool eateries in New York and London.
Whilst we worked closely with our client, Cathie, on the interior design for the restaurant, she chose to run the actual build herself. She also decided to use all of the rent-free period to get the fit-out right. We visited the site regularly to discuss any issues, and the whole interior design process and build went well.
